SERVICES: We provide logistics consulting services, custom quotes, and contract-based engagements. No products are sold directly online. No physical or digital goods are shipped or delivered automatically.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content, deliverables, and documents produced by LCJ Advisory remain our exclusive property until full payment is received. Deliverables are provided for the client's internal use only. Resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

PRICING & VAT: Fees are quoted individually in EUR. VAT applied based on your country of residence (EU OSS rules). Non-EU customers may be exempt. VAT number: FR73 993 345 172

DELIVERY: All services are delivered as individually agreed per signed contract or accepted quote. Timelines and deliverables are specified in each engagement document.

LIABILITY: LCJ Advisory is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid under the relevant contract.

GOVERNING LAW: French law applies. Disputes before French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
